We were asked to produce the The Regional Cities East Bigger Thinking paper for the first time in 2010. The paper (in association with the Arts Council) outlines how arts and culture are playing a pivotal role in tackling the issues of local economic growth, community cohesion and public engagement in civic life. In previous years, the document was text-lead – we wanted to change this by using stronger imagery from the exciting events, initiatives and activities that are taking place in the region.
